1. What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: Please provide a 24 hr cancellation of your services. If you are late, your service may have to be shortened to maintain the schedule for the rest of the day. No call/shows will require a $30 re-booking fee. Groupon no call/shows are redeemed in full.
2. What forms of payments do you except?
Answer: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and cash are accepted. The name on the credit card MUST accompany the name on your I.D. card. Checks are not accepted.
3. Are kids allowed to come with me?
Answer: With equipment such as waxpots, steamers, etc., I need to instill a safe and clean environment. So, I ask that all children are kept in company with another adult while you receive your treatment.
4. What is the age limit to receive treatment?
Answer: For skincare and most waxing you have to be over 12 years and over. For bikini waxing you have to be 16 years and over.
5. May I book appointments for myself and another person at the same time?
Answer: At this time, Pristine Natural Skin Care is a one tech on one client business. Therefore, it is not possible to accept two appointments at the same time. If possible, please schedule your appointments one after the other. A public waiting area is not available so please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
6. My Groupon has expired, can I still use it?
Answer: You may still use the amount purchased towards any treatment. The treatment that assisted the Groupon is no longer valid for

Answer: Yes, I do provide shipping for established clients only. Shipping fee is $5.
